Trying to find Wootton

Am trying to find any of my Grandad's relations. His name is John Wootton b.1916 in the Stoke-on-Trent area to a David & Emily Wootton (nee Williams). He was one of five sons; David Wooton b.1916 (twin of the above) Leonard Wootton b.1918 George Wootton b.1918 (twin of the above) Dennis Wootton b.1925 Any information would be greatly appreciated
