	THOMAS HENRY BAILEY. Born January 31st 1897 somewhere in Lancashire. Thomas was born out of wedlock and we think his mothers surname was RIGBY. We were told that Thomas was raised by relatives (whose name he took) in Widnes, Lancashire. Seeking info on both families and also hints on where to search for any records. Thanks
