I am looking for all contacts to the JAMES families from 1800 to now!! I have blacksheeped Grandparents who severed ties to England after immigrating to Australia from Hackney London in 1923 - 24. My Grandparents are Gladys James b Hackney 1900. James (Jim) Frederick James born Hackney 1897. Gladys's parents are Richard James b 1873 Stratford, and Harriett James (nee Bishop). Richard was a sole sewer. Jims parents were Bejamin James b 1863 Stratford and Helen James (nee Harper) Also connected is Benjamin James Snr b abt 1839 and wife Harriett James (nee Wilsmore) Benjamin Snr was a fish monger.
