Joanne....well said, you've been more diplomatic that I have. But I agree - links to other sites (as I have already requested as well) and some kind of documentation (FAQS - definately) that explain to beginners just what they should be doing, how to go about it, how this will eat in to their spare time etc. Emphasis on sources and checking everything for accuracy - there I go again, pet hobby-horse.
