Ann this is an eye opener as the census of ireland its well knowen that 3 where pulped in ww1 and 3 more distoryed by fire in Dublin1922 the only census's for ireland are the 1901/1911 this was pointed out to me when researching my fathers history in dublin and limerick they must be useing another record |

Hi Ann, Found Eliza Toomey on the 1851 Dublin census but unable to find John. Eliza Toomey Street No 1 Fishamble street St werburgh's, south of the river Liffey. Hope it helps Lorraine |
