Lesley Can you help with the following as I am having a brick wall moment. Could you look for the following pair who apparently originated from Scotland and later married in England Thomas Watson b. 04.10.1844 born either Ayr or Edinburgh s/o William Watson a weaver Catherine Taylor b. 25.08.1859 born Aberdeen daughter of James Taylor a musical instrument maker. Unfortunately I know nothing prior to their marriage in Sunderland June 1871 when they were living at 3 Saville Place , Hendon,Sunderland. Regards Angus

Hi Lesley Thanks for looking up death of Frederick Breese. There are family connections with Wantage as his daughter lived on a farm in Wantage. I don't know his age but he was in a photo at the farm in 1950. He married Ellen Long nee Smith in 1906 and the daughter, Dorothy was born same year. He lived in Tooting, Wandsworth after marriage, and in 1908 Nellie was born. Ellen Long died in 1944. Please give me details of the date you said 1950 - 1960. Thanks for help Sandra

Hi Lesley, I'm back after some time to ask you for a couple of look ups in the 1841 Census please. I have a marriage cert for 1842 with the fathers name of the bride and groom and these are who I am after. John Neale - Farmer - no age given, but is written as the father of the groom 'Richard Rix' from Foxley in Norfolk. William Blogg - Labourer - no age given, but is written as the father of the bride 'Mary Blogg' from Foulsham in Norfolk. Thanks for your time. Regards Steve
