hi wendy, not much to go here but i cant find any details Fredrick skipper head ? emma skipper (nee) may wife believe to be in muswell hill area had 1 child i know of in 1902 so prob born abt.1875 ? any help would be great if you can come up with anything i hit a wall thanx tony

Thanks Jane, I dont know who his parents were!!!Could east bedfont be near oxford? he was a coach painter by profession if that helps to narrow it down , thanks x

Lynne, i'll have a look at occupations for you but be warned........ 1841 is not known for giving information !!! be right back soon lol, well call me a liar !!! all 4 of them gave an occupation, but none of them were coach painters or anything similar i'm afraid..... sorry ! Jane

Tony, you've got a tough one there !!! can't find either of them in a census or a marriage BUT........ did find this marriage: Marriages Sep 1887 ---------------------------- May Emma Marylebone 1a 1222 SKIPPER John Marylebone 1a 1222 do you think there is any chance that Frederick was known by a middle name perhaps? not sure about Marylebone either, my geography is terrible, is it close enough do you think?? let me know Jane x

thanks Jane for all your help, so John Henry was born anywhere between 1870 and 1879, will have to have a look and see if i can find his birth, also i didnt know he had a brother called william,when i spoke to my dad last night he remembered he had a brother called John but cant seem to find him either, once again thanks for you help Karen

Hi Jane, Could you please look up the 1841 census for: Thomas Clarkson b 1820 Marylebone, London his father is Christopher Clarkson and mother Elizabeth. He doesn't marry until 1845 so I'm hoping he will be found with his parents. He has brothers and sisters (they were also born in Marylebone) Christopher b. 1809 Ann b 1811 John Allen b 1815 Elizabeth b 1817 Mary b 1817 Margaret b 1823 Joseph b 1826 Just a stab in the dark but could you also look up Christopher & Elizabeth Clarkson in the 1851 census Many thanks LIz

Thank you for this. I'm looking for two sisters. One is Lucy Maria and Charles Chapman. Both were born Good Easter, Essex. They married 1869, so maybe 1871,1891 census. The other sister is Elizabeth and Charles Blatch. Both born Good Easter, Essex. Once again married 1869 so 1871, 1891 census. I have the 1881. Both families are at Roxwell, Essex in 1881. Thank you.
