KAY ******** As William Lees was Born after census then I cant give you any info on immediate family .... the only way is for you to purchase Birth certificate..... there are a few born 1910 oldham so hard to narrow down Sorry :~( Lesley :~)

(although some army records state 1919), so far i cant find his birth registered anywhere he may have been born out of wedlock!?. His mothers maiden name was styles or stiles we believe, and she died ealry on in my grandfather life, this unfortunately is all we know about her. His dad is Thomas Frederick Staveley (although on my grandfathers army records he is names as TF Johnson Staveley !?!) he died appox 1966? somewhere in England. Sorry i know this is a long shot! My grandfather had 4 siblings Ann, Eileen, Johnny and James(jimmy) all younger than my grandfather. Any information you could provide would be more than appreciated as my grandfather has provided me with a real mystery! Thanks for your time. Jane

Hi, could you try and find Bertha Biggs or could be Le Masurier as she was adopted who married John Merthyn Prothero dont know date but from about 1920 they would have got married in glamorgan south wales swansea area I can't find them mabe you are better at these things than me. thank you amanda.0

C30/3/196 On Lancashire BMD it gives his wife as Ellen [this is correct ] surname SHELMERSDINE .....i can not find anyone with this surname cheers Lynn

Hi Lesley Thank you for the kind offer. would you please be able to look up ROBERT CHURCH BORN 1833 IN DISS, NORFOLK. i have the 1851 census when he was living with his parents James and Susan. He died in 1873 so could you please look up the 1861 and 1871 census for me please. He would have been living in the Diss area of Norfolk. thanks in anticipation regards Angela
