Cheryl I have no other name on her son's birth certificate father is Robert Rodgers mother Jane Rodgers formerly and then blank. Their son William was born Westgate Newcastle Upon Tyne 12/6/1843 baptised All Saints Parish 15/8/1843 Hope this will help Isobel

Hi Cheryl Thanks for the image. I don't think they are the same people. Thomas should be born 1810 ish in Pembrookshore and Harriet in 1810 ish in Llandyfaelog near Kidwelly. i can't read the image well but it looks like Middlesex where she was born. Please could you check England- may be Hertfordshire? Thanks Felicity

Hi Cheryl I thinks that's the same family- I have just tried to get there but failed (money block). I am interested in his mother's family- Harriet was the daughter of my ancestor Richard Thomas Dixie and Harriet nee Wilson. Harriet married John Waters and the rest of her family emigrated to Canada. One brother returned and lived in Wales- he was my gggrandfather. I think Harriet's second husband Thomas Morgan may have farmed in Cheshunt, Herts- they were there in 1871. Cheers Felicity
