Hi Lorraine,thank you for looking for Samuel Hooper Hale b1815 or 1819 little waltham,sussex,he is proving to be very difficult to find.If you have time could you look and see if there are any Samuel Hale's who's wife was Josephine ? A Samuel Hooper Hale married a Josephine Louisa Warner in 1833 in St Saviour,Southwark Surrey and I have always thought this could have been his first wife although he was a little young to marry.
