Hi Sue, I think we have a match, although Amelia was calling herself Rose and William's' middle initial was 'C'. Marr - Mar 1919 - Rose A. PANNELL - LOXTON - Bath 5c 917 Marr - Mar 1919 - William C. LOXTON - PANNELL - Bath 5c 917 Would this tie in with your research? Louise :O)

Hi Tony, :O) I'm afraid I'd need at least the first two letters of the spouse surname to be able to cross ref for you. There were no William Henry FULLER marriages between 1860-1861 in either Eton or Greenwich, but the following William's may be of interest (other districts) Jun 1860 - William FULLER - Edmonton 3a 165 Sep 1860 - William FULLER - Pancras 1b 7 Sep 1861 - William FULLER - Croydon ?a 601? Dec 1861 - William FULLER - Strand 1b 702 Sorry I couldn't locate them, Louise

Hi Lorna, No luck finding a marriage match for a William RIXON and Mary, Jane or Mary Jane MATTHEWS betw. 1894-6 incl. I found the following Williams but there was no MATTHEWS match. I'll list them anyway for reference: Sep 1894 - William RIXON - St. Olave 1d 576? Sep 1894 - William RIXON - Dunmow 4a 1027 Dec 1894 - William Henry RIXON - Bridgend 11a 1154 Sorry I couldn't find a match for you, Louise :O)

Hi again Tony :O) I've checked the birth ref for you but maiden names of mothers weren't included until much later (third quarter of 1911 I think?) Here it is for reference anyway: Jun 1861 - William George FULLER - Eton 3a 377 Louise :O)

They were married by 1901 census, so could you please check 1899, 1900 & 1901??? Thank you & good luck. PS..it is not Job Lewis Martin & Sarah Berry.

Hi David, :O) I searched from Jun 1851 qtr right through to Jun 1861 qtr for deaths of Sarah MANWARING, but found none that died in Worcester. I'll list below all those I did find however, for your reference. Could the spelling have been the more traditional MAINWARING perhaps? Deaths - Sarah MANWARING Sep 1852 - Clerkenwell 1b 313 Jun 1853 - St Saviour? 1d 11 Jun 1853 - Hay? 11 b? 123 Dec 1853 - Manchester 8d 127 Dec 1853 (Sarah Ann) - Newport S. 6a 488 Mar 1855 - Llanelly 11a? 417 Sep 1858 - Bristol 6a 11 Take care, Louise

Hi Susan, I checked deaths for Sidney/Sydney BACKHOUSE from Mar 1955 to Dec 1957 inclusive and there were none I'm afraid, of either spelling in any district! Let me know if you'd like further years checked :O) Take care, Louise

Hi Louise Thanks so much for looking for Bertha Parr. She's a huge brick wall. If I didn't have some of her daughters' birth certs and her death cert I'd wonder if she existed! I can only imagine she had another first name too, she seemed to like calling herself different things. Nicky

Hi Lorna, Still no success I'm afraid. I searched through the four years 1897-1900 and the following were the closest, but none tied up with ANY BURTON or MATTHEWS of the same period/district. Jun 1897 - William Daniel RIXON - Highworth 5a 56 Dec 1897 - William RIXON - Paddington 1a 41 Jun 1898 - William Henry RIXON - Pancras 1b 59 (I got very excited when I found this one lol!) Hi Karen in Oz (from page 3) There was only one marriage of a Job MARTIN between 1899 and 1901 inclusive. I've listed it below but sadly, there wasn't a Sarah WELLER marrying in the same district and quarter :O( Jun 1901 - Job MARTIN - Newbury 2c 584 I also tried a blanket search of Job MARTIN marriages at FreeBMD (I'm sure you've already done this!) but only came up with the Job MARTIN/Sarah BERRY match you've already discovered. Take care, Louise
