I have access to Ancestry (UK and USA). I also have British Origins. I can search BMDs from 1866 to 1920. I don't have anything for Scotland. If you want a lookup, please post your request on this board - DO NOT SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES PLEASE. Please give full details - ie Name, DOB, Place (county at least). All replies will be posted here. Sheila, the only Robert that is of the right age is at home... I can't see any appropriate marriages... only these from Marriage Licence Allegations Index - Vicar-General 1694-1850 05 May 1845 STAMP HEQUET 29 Mar 1844 MACKRELL STAMP 16 Apr 1849 STAMP RICHARDS 30 Dec 1841 STEMP MARTIN No first names.

Could you do census (1840) check on Michael Johnson, born in Welford (Warwickshire I think) in 1813. He was an agricultural labourer. Unfortunately I don't have details of who he'd be living with. He didnt marry til 1843, though. Thankyou..

I wonder if you have time would be very grateful am looking for a Emily Muller born C1860 St Lukes Middx found on 1891 census living at 40 Nelson Street Mile End with husband Adam Muller (who died in 1892) and family. Cannot find on 1901 so assume she died , as I have been told the parents died young so a couple of the younger children were sent to Canada, cannot find death either would really appreciate some help

Hi Tracy Can you look at 1891 census for me, Isaac J Carter b. 1850 Stotfold Beds Fanny b.1855/7 March Cambs Martha b.1874 Benwick George b.1876 Edward b.1878 Alice b.1880 Plaistow Essex I know there were other children, proabably in Essex. Thank you Louise :-)

Hi Tracy, I was wondering if you could help me out if you have the opportunity. A bit stuck at the mo. kind regards. Lynn X Found John Wooton on 1871 and 1881 census (Rg10/2843. and RG11/2708 respectively) Need help with 1861, 1891 and 1901. The information i have is: JOHN WOOTON, b1823 in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire. He was a miner and Married Elizabeth WOODWARD in 1846, Tunstall, Staffs He resided at the New Inn, Hight Street, Oldcott, Staffs at the time of marriage His father was also called JOHN WOOTEN, a miner. This information is gained from his marriage certificate . There is also a witness named WILLIAM WOOTON. Wootton spelt various ways Also looking for information on Elizabeth Woodward. b 1827 in kidsgrove, staffs. Also risiding in Oldcott at the time of mariage. Her father was called Daniel, a miner.

thanks for looking Tracy I am sure she died here but where I dont know , I was only told recently that the younger children were sent wih Dr Barnados to Canada to be adopted, because they were orphans , very sad really
