Sandra, here's the marriage... Marriage Sep 1916 Inkpen Arthur C Still Susan St Martin 1a 1180 No children up to 1920. Is this the census? Arthur Inkpen abt 1876 Gravesend, Kent, England Head Milton Kent Susan Inkpen abt 1874 Gravesend, Kent, England Wife Milton Kent William G Inkpen abt 1898 Gravesend, Kent, England Son Milton Kent Amy B Inkpen abt 1900 Gravesend, Kent, England Daughter Milton Kent If they were married in 1901, they can't have been married in 1916. Are you sure about that surname? Having said that, I can't find another marriage between an Arthur and a Susan. Yet all the children are registered as Inkpen. Very confusing.

Hi Tracy I have a HUBBARD family who immigrated to Canada. I am trying to find the exact immigration date or ship that Robert and Elizabeth HUBBARD travelled on from England to Canada. On the Canadian 1901 census, it says they immigrated in 1877. Here are the details of the family Robert HUBBARD born 1833 Elizabeth HUBBARD born 1836 George HUBBARD born 1858 Mary Ann HUBBARD born 1861 Eliza HUBBARD born 1867 John Francis HUBBARD born 1870 Those are the correct years of birth, but over the years, the family have had their ages recorded wrongly. I know that they lived in Toronto, Ontario when they first went there. But not sure if they will have arrived at a US port then travelled into Canada that way - just don't know! Any help appreciated! Thanks! Jan

Hi Tracy, again, just to say how strange that the Inkpen family has cropped up twice in different parts of the country,I expect we are related somewhere along the line. Sandra

Tracy, Actually it was the births of Frances and Charlotte and the immigration of William and Christiana I was looking for. As the family were only in the US for at most 1832 to 1838 I don't think there will be any US census records for them, will there? Helen

Diane, They didn't marry in Hereford. I'll look through Wales, but it'll take a while :) Have checked 1881-1890 in Wales and Hampshire. There are no matches for John Morgan and Martha Harris.

Helen, sorry. It doesn't look like there is anything for them. I don't have access to many of the immigration indexes, and the ones I do have, they're not on. Neither of the birth records are online either. :(
