Hi Nikki Thanks for looking. Maybe Shafer or Shaffer? Amelia is with my g g grandparents, tho I thought he was a coal haulier not a soda water maker !!!!! Also I thought Matilda was born in Bedminster. It'd be too easy if they were always consistent (nice tho) Just a thought maybe Taunton is correct. Could you look there too? Regards Nicky

Nicky Have searched all of Somerset, Gloucestershire, Bristol & Wiltshire for you with no joy. I'm assuming the index has been mistranscribed as I've tried numerous alternative spellings. Really sorry. Nikki

Mike Can't find any of them in 1851 - various John, Stephens & Job's listed but not born in the right place. Have you found any of them in 1841 or 1861? It may give me something more to go on. Nikki

Hi Helen The only Minnie Rachel Beebee/Beeby listed in the Birth records was born in 1884 in Brandon, Suffolk. I can't find her in 1901 but in 1891 here are her family: Source information: RG12/1576 Registration district: Thetford Sub registration district: Methwold Beeby, Evelyn S abt 1883 Brandon, Suffolk, England Daughter Brandon Suffolk Beeby, John abt 1840 Whetstone, Leicestershire, England Head Brandon Suffolk Beeby, Minnie R abt 1884 Brandon, Suffolk, England Daughter Brandon Suffolk Beeby, Susan abt 1841 London, England Wife Brandon Suffolk Buckenham, Florence K abt 1873 Brandon, Suffolk, England Stepdaughter Brandon Suffolk Most definitley not a family fromDevon! I can't find any William How(e)s listed at all from Devon. The only thing I can suggest you do is order the marriage certificate for the details I posted before. It may give you more to go on. Minnnie's name is so rare it's got to be them! If there's anything more I can help with just say. Nikki

Hi Nikki sory I haven't replied sooner but domestic duties intervened. I have already got these Puffetts. but there are some others that are missing and I had hoped that you would find them in either Wilts or Somerset. The Puffett family name is very rare and so far I have been able to connect almost all that I have found to my family tree. Thank you for looking for me I hope I havn't wasted your time - If I have then please accept my sincere appologies. Thanks again for your time and effort. Lyn
