Hi Deborah I'm looking for Norfolk 1851 info. Mr gr gr grandmother was Rebecca READ born Lingwood(Linwood?) in c.1837. She married James Forder of Toft Monks about 1858 I think (no sign of marriage on FreeBMD yet). If you can find her on census it might give me info on her parents. Many thanks. Jill |

Hi Deborah You kindly helped me find one of my UNDERHILL's (George - living in Bridge End, Warwick) but I am stuck in 1851 census - I have come stuck on his brothers: EDWARD UNDERHILL - Christened 1803 - Warwick THOMAS - UNDERHILL Christened 1803 - Warwick SAMUEL - UNDERHILL Christened 1806 - Warwick I dont think these are necessarily birth years. I would so appreciate if you could help I really want to find them as I think I might have found a long distant relative. Hi Deborah Thank you very much for the info this confirms year of birth and confirms parents.Found Robert, Sarah and Henry in 1841. IGI gives a Robert Wiffen marrying a Sarah Martin and having a child called George in Finchingfield,George lives next door to his parent s and Henry in 1841 in Walthamstow and then the same in 1851.So a small piece of info becomes a big step forwarded.
