Hi Debbie; Don't ever give up. No luck in Sussex. Another way to search is by the parish. Do you have any parish names for any of the places. I can then just look through all the names and see if they have been misspelt.

Hi Debbie; Parishes are not the same as districts. I can look for records either way. Districts are sometimes hit and miss as they have changed over the years.

Hi Teresa I'd like a birth/Christening look up for Grivinna BARNES born 18th October 1886 Great Walsingham. Her father is recorded unknown on her birth and marriage cert. Her mother is named Mary Ann BARNES - Just you never know if he may have been at the baptisim ( Straw clutching I know ) Would it list Godparents too? assuming she is listed or babptised. Hi Janet; Sorry, there is nothing for the birth of William Carroll. Most of the Carroll births are in Ireland. I checked using just the parents names as well, sorry nothing.

Hi Steven; I can't find anything on George Whittle around that time. There are three or four Whittle families in Blackburn around that time. If you want the information on these families email me off list and I can send them. Maybe George was missed or not baptised until he was older so he is not there.
