Hi Michelle, am getting desperate trying to find London ancestors. Have located g.g/father Daniel Addis, his birth entry at St. Mary's Marylebone shows address as Selby Place , father as Thomas Addis (occupation cooper), mother Charity (no surname). Also shown in IGI but no information. Marriage shown as 1801 but cannot find anything. Any ideas where I can try next? Thanks for your time, Regards, Judy .

Margaret Sorry nothing coming up on BIVRI. I suggest you try this site http(:)//www(.)genuki(.)org(.)uk/big/eng/SAL/SFHS/PR_Lichfield(.)html or the Shropshire Family History Sociey as they have Dawley parish registers on Microfish for about £5 , or maybe they have volunteers who would look up for you Good luck cheers Michelle

Can you possible find for me any details of a Jane Ellis born Dawley Shropshire in about 1779. She was married to a Mr Attwood, whose family married back into the Ellis' in a later generation. Details of any of her relations if you can find her would be great. Thanks very much

Maxine I have tried every combination of names but nothing comes up not even on the 1901.I think it's down to transcribing errors so if you can think of any way that it might appear I'll give it another go. I've tried using soundex and such names as Fauoner/fallower etc!! All that came up was refs for Amelia Fallover Amelia Mary Fallover Birth Sept Qtr 1876 District Holborn London Middlesex Vol 1b Page 746 Amelia Mary Fallover Marriage Dec Qtr 1901 Dist Islington London Middlesex Vol 1b Page 592 On the same page is Walter David Jennings and Alfred Thomas Sterland I guess that the Wedding cert would give you her address in 1901 at least then maybe you could find them on the 1901 by address search. Sorry can't be much help!! Cheers Michelle

Michelle coud you possibly look on the1891 census for James and Alice Barber ,in the 1881 census they were living at 21,china st Cockerton ,Darlington Co.Durham, they seem to have disappeared unless they died in between those census's very grateful for your time . Christine.

David There are 44 Eliza Prossers on the 1891 but none that matches your details. Can you give me some more info on her ie Birthplace, have you got her on the 1881, is she married/had children etc. If you e-mail me direct I'll send you the listings but just a bit more info might crack it!! Cheers Michelle
