Does this include the Isle of Man. If so can you look up the marriage of Charles Herbert MacKay (McKay or McKaye) to Sarah McGarry. Think they got married at St Barnabas Church. One of their children Cissie Elizabeth was born 12th January 1913 at 10 Gib Lane Peel. Sister Alice Doreen born 1923. Four other girls Fanny (Frances) Mary, Rose and Emily. Charles Herbert MacKay died 1966 approx. Think he was born in the 1880's but not sure if on the Isle of Man or in the UK. Any help gratefully recieved. Julie Lowey Isle of Man

Hi Lauretta, I'm not sure how to send images on, everytime I have tried it hasn't worked. I have just checked the 1891 and it is definately Fry, but that could me a mistake on the person who has taken the details. Here is the info anyway: 1891 census 243 Junction Road, Upper Holloway, Islington head William E Fry 38yrs occ hairdresser b Newbury, Berkshire wife Amelia 34yrs b Whitechapel, London daur Amelia 10yrs b Islington, London son William 8yrs b Islington, London daur Violet 5yrs b St Pancras, London son John 3yrs b St Pancras, London son Reginald 1yr b Islington, London uncle James H Medlicott widower 61yrs occ hairdresser b Cambridge, Cambs sister Eliza M Fry 32yrs occ Milliners shopwoman b Newbury, Berkshire servant Nora E A Usnney 18yrs occ General servant b Toronto, Canada servant William H Dicker 29yrs occ Hairdressers assistant b Marylebone, London servant Frederick W Lucas 17yrs occ hairdressers assistant b Ramsgate, Kent The 1871 does not give an address but the property before is 17 Hetley Street and the property after is 21 Hetley Street. So I'd assume they lived at 19. However where they are living seems to house more than one family as on the two pages I searched there are only 3 houses. I will have another go at trying to send the images. Laurie

Thanks so much for this offer. I am researching the name Meanerd in Hampshire and I've just noticed that it appears twice in Pallot's. Could you view the entries for me? Many thanks.

Hi Laurie Can't seem to trace the marriage of John Thomas Hearn (b.1881) to Annie Barnett but can you look up is death. I know he died at St. Marys in Kettering. Unfortunately I don't know the date but Iwould think it would be after 1955. Thanks Mary Brooke
