Hi Sarah - could you please see if you can find a Sergeant Berry living in Bow area. His christian name has varied spellings - even Sargrant on 1881 Census! He may be a widower or married to Harriet, and should have son James aged 2. Serjeant Berry was born 1821 Trimley St. Martins, Suffolk - but he may give his age as 37 - 40 in 1861. Thanks.....Doreen.

Hi Sarah If possible could you look up Robert Cook/e. I cannot read the writing on the only census he gives his place of birth but it could end with ford Middlesex. He was born 1859/60 so was only a baby. Sorry it is such a common name. Many thanks Ann

Hi Sarah, I would appreciate if you could look for Mary Ann Warner born Walkern Herts. age 18 in 1861. Also could you look for a Sarah Casey born or residing in Kensington, age 20s - sorry I cannot be more precise but if too many, don't trouble. Many thanks for all your hard work. Kathy

Sarah. Thankyou for your reply of 16th. Have only just picked up after a long weekend, Don't know if it helps at moment but am sure will make a connection at some point as name fairly unusual. Just to let you know how much your 1st answer helped I was stuck on Henry J but with your reply and the LDS site think I may have gone back to late 1700s ie. my ggggg/grandfather I don't have to tell you how great that feels. Thanks so much. Lynn

Sarah - please can you look up MICHAEL BARRY b1818 so he would be about 43 in 1861. The 1881 has him born in Deptford and living in Deptford St Nicholas aged 65 with a 20 year old son RICHARD. Any help would be appreciated as I would love to find his wifes name and whether or not there might have been any other siblings. Janet xxx
