Hi Susie - please will you have a look for my William Carter born 1871, either Thames Ditton or Kingston, Surrey. I don't think he wants to be found! He's missing from 1881. I'm not expecting him to be with his family, and he was not yet married as far as I know. He turned up in 1901 as Caster! Many thanks. Sue.

Hi Susie, Could I be a pain???? If you have time could you look for a Sally Gray born Stanion c1858 and a David Gray born c1835 Stanion, I have two newspaper cutouts , one when David hit 90 years and one when he died at 92. Unfortunately I don't know if he is Sally's Brother or Uncle ? As her parents are Charles Gray and Elizabeth, Have no info on Charles or Elizabeth, only that they were in Stanion in 1858, Can't locate them on 1881 or 1901 census and nothing on IGI or Free BMD apart from a marriage in Dec 1852. Not sure it's them.... Have Sally on 1891,1881,1901 census and her Christening is on IGI, Would really like to find out what relation David is to her and any info on Charles and Elizabeth. Only if you have time please. Many Thanks Keren in very wet Frimley

Hi Jan Thanks for that info but i dont think that can be them . John would have been around 30 years old as he died in 1936 aged around 75. Therza i think must have been younger than him as mum was born 1910 and she always said that her mum died young? They where from the Oxfordshire area Thanks Val
