Have you noticed the date of the thread, It's unlikely that Sharon will be looking for a response now. She may no longer be a member so if you click on her name and send her a message she will receive it if her email is still the same. She can respond to you but can't initiate a reply if she isn't a member now

Good luck hope you can make contact :-)

Sharon

My name Simon. Donald was my best friend at school. He lived with me and my parents for some years after he fell out with his step parents.
I have always wondered what happened to Don. The last time we spoke he called my house in Welwyn to tell me he was ill. I had no contact details and never spoke with him again. Reading your post has made me more than a little sad.
I will ask my mother whether she has any contact details for Don's relatives as she was his legal guardian when he stayed with us. Will let you know.

Sharon Report 25 Aug 2007 05:06

Hi...My name is Sharon and I'm trying to find relatives of my ex partner Donald James Andrews, born 3rd November 1959.
Sadly, Donald passed away on 26th August 1991, a year after being diagnosed with a brain tumour. He was cremated at Garston Crematorium, in Hertfordshire.
We had a beautiful little girl together, Hayley Louise Andrews, born January 1990 in Watford Hospital, Herts, but unfortunately she never knew her father as he died when she was only 19 months old.
Don never spoke of his family much, and so I only gleaned a little information from him with regards to his family.
If my information is correct, his father was/is called Ronald Andrews and his mother was/is called Margaret or Marjorie Andrews (not sure of her maiden name). He had brothers called Geoffry (not sure of spelling), Paul, and I think, a brother called Stephen or Steven. There could possibly be more siblings, but I am not sure.
If anyone knows of any relatives of a Donald Andrews, please could you let me know, as the information I have may be wrong in some way. It would be lovely for my daughter Hayley to know anything about this side of her family.
Also, a while before I met Don, he was married and divorced to a woman called Yvette Carty. They had two children together, Perry Aaron Andrews born 1984 in Hendon, and Rebecca Stacey Andrews born 1985 in Watford Hospital, Hertfordshire.
Any information appreciated
Many Thanks
Sharon
