I could only find a Joanna Williams (no h) baptised 25/02/1810 @ St James whose father was John & mother Elizabeth.

I checked marriages, is any of these yours?

Its very possible that George was a widow when he maried Charlotte. I cant as yet find a marriage so I am looking for births of the children. If I can find one you can order the cert and it gives mothers maiden name I think. Will have another look
