Caroline-marriages in Ireland are not on Ancestry and you could find parents names from marriage certificate

I looked to find them-optimistically on 1891 Scotland census, but no sign.
1901 census for Scotland is not on Ancestry.

Why not advertise a specific request for someone living in Scotland/Ireland

Hi Sheila
Wonder if you could help me. I have a marriage certificate for Fred Lacey(24) and Amy Oakes(19) (1895). They were resident in Rubery, Worcestershire at the time of marriage and Amy is listed as being a domestic servant. I am having trouble tracing Amy Oakes, Her father is registered as Arthur Oakes, labourer, on the marriage certificate.
Thank you
Stella

Hi

Hope you can help me In 1903 it looks like my G Grandmother Frances Burton born 1846 (maiden name Bumfrey / bumphrey) married again to a James Cooper.

I was wondering if you could find out if this is correct and if so does it give a fathers name for the James Cooper or where James came from or an age

Many Thanks
Ray

Hi Sheila,
Is it possible for you to look up some births for me please they are:-
Lilian Bond, Allan Bond, Margaret Bond and Lionel Bond think they should be between 1917-1929. The mother's maiden name is Tilbury. If this too much, not to worry.
Thanks David

Dear Sheila,
Will do! As you know it is not easy. Why hadn't they invented type writers by then, mind you there is something lovely about old fashioned hand writting .... when one is not trying to read it properly!
Thanks for looking. We will get back to you if we figure it out :-)

Louisa
You will only get parent details from the birth certificate.
I cannot find it, but why don1t you put a specific request for someone who lives in /near Petrborough who may have access to local records?

Sheila ,

Thank you so much , it's brilliant to see Sarah on the 1861 census. It will help me in the search for her death.

Thanks again
