Genes Advisor 25 Jan 2012 16:12

Hi everyone, thank you for your patience whilst we have been sorting out the issues with the new tree. We are still fixing a few bugs and will slowly be introducing the new tree to all members over the next few days. However, we will be leaving the link to the old version of the tree in the Family Tree drop down until we are sure all of the problems have been rectified. So, if you experience any issues in the new tree, please report them to [email protected] and continue using the old version of the tree.

And please rest assured that any work you do in your old tree or new tree will be copied in to the alternate version. You will not have to do any work twice.

Thanks for your understanding,
The Genes Team

UPDATE: 26 January 2012 12:19 UK time - We have rolled out a new release with all the updates from last week that we had to roll back, but we have made the old tree available again and as the primary tree for the moment. Platinum and Standard users can access the new tree via the link on the Family Tree menu. Please give it a try and let us know if your experience any issues so that we can resolve them.
Thanks Phil Moir - Lead Developer Genes Reunited
