Hi guys - We have identified a bug that is preventing Safari users from accessing records even if they are upgraded. We are in the process of fixing this issue at the moment and will keep you updated of progress.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime, you can change your browser to use firefox or chrome and you will not experience the same issue.
