A large framed discharge certificate from the Suffolk Regiment in 1917 for an ALBERT EDGAR EVANS. There is a medal card index showing for him on Ancestry.

Seen on the wall of the basement in the Antiques Centre in Lyndhurst, New Forest, Hampshire for £49.

About 6 possible births on the BMD index for this name although none in Suffolk although I realise you did not have to be born in the same county as the regiment you served in.
