Hi
If your g. g.grandparents have siblings attached to them or your gr.grandfather has siblings attached you will have to delete them before you can delete the great great grandparents. Whilst it is a bit difficult to imagine your tree there is usually a way to remove them but it has to be done in a logical order. If however you have simply entered the wrong name for the g g grandparents just retyped the new names and information over the wrong information.Hope this makes sense.-JLe

You can't delete relations who have others in the tree depending on their name, mainly offspring. If you have a person without this problem, click on them so their details are below the tree. You should see a small box - along with "add spouse" etc -which says edit tools. Click on this then "delete relation".
If you can't do this - and I imagine you can't - then I would just replace their names with "unknown" for now.
