Edit: Unless, of course your mother's brother-in-law was a brother of her husband thus being your father's brother. Then his sister would be related to you. But if that was the case your query would have been worded differently so I'm assuming that your mother's brother-in-law was married to her sister. No relationship.

Can anyone on here tell me - what would my mum's, brother in law's sister be in relation to me (if any)
