Hi, I have discovered that one of my ancestors was a printer in 1887 in London. I would like to find out where he worked, ie newspapers, but don't know how to find this out. Has anyone got any suggestions for me. Thanks Pat |

Was he an employee, or an employer? |

Sorry I forgot to say that the document that states his profession I found on his daughter's marriage certificate. |

As an employee he could have worked for many different companies during his working life. |

There are archives about the London College of printing. There was a museum at one point. |
