Not sure what you mean Kemp as Mathias died in Australia as kerryn said in her OP

Do we know if this really was OZ?? coz

"Signed death certificate of GGF Mathias Thomas who died 1928 at Woroloo WA"

does this mean Mathias Thomas went to Oz after signing the death certificate in england !!!

Do you know who her parents were as they may be named on her death cert?

Could she have remarried after her husbands death?

Possibly not the correct 1935 death of Eliza Thomas.

There is a matching obituary in the Western Australia newspaper dated 11 Dec 1935.
Eliza Thomas died on 9 Dec 1935.in Mount Hawthorn ( late of Moore River)
This woman was 74yrs old and evidently unmarried.
Her parents were John and Maria Thomas

Can any one advise how I can find death certificate for my GGM
Born abt 1866 Nothumberland England
Married 1886 NSW
Signed death certificate of GGF Mathias Thomas who died 1928 at Woroloo WA
Have hit a brick wall:)
