Garry,

I am not having a problem doing a parent search on familysearch ( I presume this is the site you mean by LDS?).

https://familysearch.org/search/records/index

Are you clicking on "Birth" (in blue) and then parents (also in blue)?

After they Changed it to the "New Version" it had an option to look at Trees. This took you to the part that was more like the old site. When you went to the Tree's part it was very easy to use.

I think you're confusing the LDS site with another site.
I don't think the LDS site ever had a "Trees" option.

Hi Guys

I've just recently started using the LDS website after not using it for about 6 moths. Can someone tell me if they have changed it. I can't seem to find the section where it used to say "Trees". I'm really finding it impossible to do a seach on parents.
