Think it might relate to a thread on another board?

Reggie Report 9 Dec 2012 22:32

The simple answer is because GR don't have them

Please don't ask the same question repeatedly.............

Amelia

I'm not keen on the Forces War Records and neither are lots of people!

What did they have exactly for the ones you were looking for?

They showed name, regiment. army no. medals and if the person had died.I wasn't fussed on it either the way it is set up I think they could do a better website. For looking into the Indian Mutiny I gave up as it wasn't listed but when I went for Victorian conflicts it came up.. Because I had the army no. I was able to confirm it was his details when I searched Ancestry.com. Hope you have success.
