the 1951 census wont be available till 2052

is it the part of the Manchester 1851 census which has not been filmed that you are after?

If so try this website which has basic info.

Do you mean census or electoral register - you have put 1951 but last available census is 1911.
If you mean electoral register, these have to be searched in person , or by member of staff at the archives (usually they are kept at nearest main library).

Can anyone tell me how to get census information which is not available on genealogy sites. I. particularly want info re 1951 census for Manchester
