ProfilePosted byOptionsPost Date

Jayne Report 16 Dec 2012 17:27

Thanks everyone.

GlitterBaby Report 13 Dec 2012 13:08

Thank you I had completely lost track of that.

Still do not know why the request is for Manning when it should have been for Jennings,

MargaretM Report 13 Dec 2012 12:30

Glitter, you said that Joseph James Bishop Manning did not leave anything to his wife but the probate record only lists the names of the executors not those receiving bequests. He could have left everything to his wife, but as she's not named she was not an executor.

GlitterBaby Report 13 Dec 2012 11:40

Marriages Jun 1902 (>99%)

Collins Charles Yeandell Axbridge 5c 956
Jennings Charles Whitefield Axbridge 5c 956
Manning Clara Louisa Axbridge 5c 956
Shears Rose Axbridge 5c 956

So are you looking for a Manning or Jennings probate ?

GlitterBaby Report 13 Dec 2012 11:38

Why do you think this is the same person as middle name does not match that shown against the 1873 marriage ?
