Hi Joy,

I've got your email regarding this photo in my support box so i'll take another look at that later today. It seems very strange. I couldn't see any record of this personal photo in your keepsafe so it's probably going to be one of those anomalies we'll need to pass to the devs. I'll have another look later today for you though.

And....

Regarding the error message which members are seeing when accessing their trees and keepsafe, this has now been resolved. If anyone does encounter it again please do let us know.

While you are here - any news on how my personal photograph got into the keepsafe without my having put any photos in it? (re our emails).

Just to let you know there is a bug when viewing trees and keepsafes on the site. Members are seeing an error message when they click to view on these. We've reported this to our development team and hopefully this will be resolved soon.
We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
