I've looked at this census entry several times, obviously not hard enough because I have only just realised that the entry below Oliver Harvey age 35 in an entry for what looks like Noy G, age two years. It is this last entry that I am confused about. The double // on this entry indicates that it belongs to the Harvey family. |

There is a single / next to Oliver Harvey which would indicate that the 2 year old is in a separate household but in the same building as the Harvey's. I'm not convinced that the name is Noy either although Findmypast also transcribes it as Geo Noy. |

This is a possible birth for George although this birth should only have him at age 1 on the 1841 census:- |

I think it's Noy - the "y" is the same as that on "Amey" on the next page, the "No" is the same as in "Noble" further up the same page. |

This appears to be the same George in the 1851 census:- |

This is the connection to Harvey. This is the marriage of the child's parents:- |

Ah, I also hadn't registered the / ahead of Oliver's name. |

Yes, certain now that it is Noy. See the 1851 census and also his parent's marriage which I've posted above. |
