Pimlico - Registration District ?

Does anyone know which registration distict Pimilco is in in the 1880/90's

Sorry, deleted because looked wrong, but will resubmit. (I found it from a google search, so does not matter that you were not a member then)
A member of genes in 2003 claimed
'Today, Pimlico is in the borough of Westminster but in the 1800's it was in the district of Hanover, sub district of Belgrave.'

Added:
The name 'Pimlico' does not actually show in the indices, which is why I deleted.

My grandfather's birth was registered at St Geo Hanover Sq - he gives his POB as Pimlico on one census and Chelsea on another.
