Hi looking through my contact list I have a contact with 0 relations on their tree where once there were several thousand ! Anybody know the reason for this ?

Creed, Howard, Cable, Robinson. Suffolk, Northumberland, Buckinghamshire.

A few months ago people with large trees couldn't access them. It may be that the owner got fed up and moved to another site. By clearing the tree before they went it stops potential contacts from making a fruitless contact.

There are many other reasons why they have done it. If they still have a contact address on GR you could ask them politely and tactfully.

I think that quite a few people (me incluced) have removed their trees from this site in the last year.

We are all of us in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars, Oscar Wilde New avatar, my dad age about 3/4 months, could have been worse, it could have been the awful nude on a rug!!

Still keep a limited tree on GR but have now put my whole tree on my new external Hard Drive. As to Hot Matches out of 7 attempted connections in the last 6 weeks I have only had one reply. I think they may have all left GR
