Best place for dating a photo?

I have a photo of two men in military style costume which I would like to pinpoint by date. After a few hours of Googling and checking out various sites, I am not really any the wiser. Does anyone know of a site where you can upload a photo and experts/people can give their opinion on it? Thanks!

If anyone has any other suggestions I would be grateful. My registration for Rootschat was rejected on Spam grounds - Lord knows why that is - and no one has come back to me from their support as yet.

Also rejected for Spam - not my lucky day. I guess there must be something about my IP address that they don't like. Weird.
