follow ur mothers track too find ur true heratige.mums married name then maiden name and so on the maiden name is then again a marrige name look again for a maiden name .women trick out men, they copie a few genes so u look like dad but they give 100% of ther genetic code on too there children.so you are in fact 100% mum.

Welcome to the boards Ann.

You say you have them from 1700 - 1900.

Do you want to go backwards or forwards please?

If your info stops at 1900, how do you know they are your line?

You should be working backwards from yourself.......................

You'll have to use the 'search all trees' link either at the top of this page, or from your tree itself - look for the pink rosette against named individuals.

If you find a match, send them a message giving a bit of information about the person you hope they have in common.

If you wish to go back pre-1700, you will almost certainly have to visit the appropriate County Records Office
