Has anyone had a problem with Saving Image to Computer

using Prisons Crime and Punishment Records

It continually says Error Accessing Data ....try again later or contact us....which i have ....still waiting to hear. :-|

I had similar problems to what you had....i had to keep on re-signing in...seemed to be signed out after viewing ....

My recent problem is annoying though regarding the new release of Crime Prison Records cannot save Images to my Computer.....................just had a reply from the support team & they say a few Customers have repoted the same problem................The details have been passed onto our Applications Team to investigate the issue as we have been unable to replicate the same issue here.

They say to.......In the meantime when downloading the images can you try using the 'disc' icon that is located on the tool bar above where the image is displayed.

I cannot see this disc 'Icon'..............so will have to wait & see if it is rectified.....so annoying we pay good money to use this site & we should be able to view without problems.....we should be given Credits for the inconvenience!

I have had similar problems, keeps signing me out and getting error messages. I emailed them and got a similar reply.
