Looking up somone on a tree

Go to the tree you are searching, then where it says Immediate family,
Pedigree, Ancestors, Descendants, Full, click on Full

The list of relations will appear and at the top left above the list their is a "search relations" enter the name in the search box, Note as you type a name in the list should bring the name to the top of the list, click on the name you want then you can view their details in the details panel, if you want to see how that person fits into the tree click on one of the options eg, Immediate family, Pedigree, Ancestors, Descendants, Full

I don't find this site very good now for looking up somone when you have been given permission to look at someones tree, to sarch for a nam in a tree is not vry easy any help please?
