Importing Gedcom file from GR into Reunion

I received my Gedcom file by e-mail from GR. When I imported it into Reunion many of my dates changed. E.g. I was born in 1 Mar 2019 - my actual birth date is 19 March 1954. Can someone tell me where I went wrong. Did this happen because I didn't enter the dates correctly on my tree in GR? :-(

Hi Canuck,

You haven't done anything wrong. There has been a couple of threads with
the same problem that you have experience.

Thanks Gai for getting back so quickly.
I will read all the suggestions.

From experience I find that nn Mmm yyyy format - i.e. 01 Feb 1947, transfers with fewest problems when using gedcom files.

You could also check how the date is set to display in Reunion. Unfortunately I don't have this particular package so can't tell you were to find it but it will be somewhere under settings.
