To add your photo, use the same procedure as you did when adding the flower picture

Thanks MC fully understood - smack my hand! I'm an old hand on here but do not fully use it daily just now and then. It has been the most helpful site I must admit.

Thanks again to all of you.

Grace
p.s. would like to put a very old photo of myself instead of the silhouette - how do I do this please?

Hi Grace, I've copied over your request on here to your previous thread in order to collate the two thingies.

Just in case you didn't know (and apologies if you do) but on the left hand side of these pages is a link called "My Threads" which takes you back to any thingies that you have previously started or posted on. When you want to add information or update a request just select the appropriate thingy and add to the bottom of it. If you go to the very first post on it and click "edit" you can also get back to edit the heading to reflect your update.

:-)

I realise that now MFG. I've now had him re-researched by a prof.genealogist that's why I've re-posted. What do I need to do to collate my two thingies please?

Grace you have another thread about this person of which I have put up the link. You should keep everything on the one thread as two on the same person is not aloud by Genes.

It makes people look up info you already have and they hav'nt found anything further on the thread from October.

Desperate to find Samuel H between date of birth (1832) until he appears on ships in/around Cornwall Devon 1862.

I have his two marriages/children etc but cannot find him during 30 years period 1832-1862.

His father Henry is on his certificates as a mariner.

A while ago I found a Samuel Darling on The National Archives - on Governor Darling's details as an expense for a ticket for Samuel - could this be him? Cannot find this item now.

Any suggestions/advice would be gratefully received. Samuel is my gt.grandfather.

Thanking my Genes people for previous help/support.
