Wow after a days absence from this board I have returned to find there is still more help . This has been illuminating. I need 12 hours before I can return to this board and examine and digest the messages you have all left me so please understand, if you are waiting for a reply, I am still active. It has been so refreshing to find this level of help and professionalism.

Andrew

we are all only members like yourself, but we all help other members as much as we can ...................... call us the "helpers".

We all have been researching our own ancestors for many years, have much experience in helping other, have subs in other sites, know about many places to find information .......... and have lots of personal experience in things like trying to find information on WW1 and even WW2.

Thank you for saying we have been professional in our help.

brummiejan you have the correct Cutt....Henry Albert Cutt married Emma Ann Lanham. I found the name changes ( Henry H Cutt and Enna) interesting.Thank you for that work in recording the siblings of HAC, it something I should have done but had not done so it has saved me work. . You are correct, the way to go is to contact other researchers who can trace their lines back through George Waterland Cutt's siblings. Perhaps some family knowledge is known.

Kucinta thanks including for the death; Jansmith thank you for the sibling search in the medal role.Renes for your story, Andysmum for the work on the London Gazette, +++DetEcTive+++ for the file advice which I wish I had stared with PigletsPal and SylviaInCanada for sharing :-)
