FTM (and possibly other commercial tree programs) will allow you to backup, save and transfer attached documents and photos, which it calls media files, linked to your tree data.

However, as mentioned, I don't think it is possible to transfer anything other than your tree to / from other suppliers tree software or websites as there is no standard format for dong this.

If you mean that you exported as a gedcom file - then tough bikkies. Gedcoms will not transfer photos - and, to the best of my meager knowledge, gedcom is the only way to transfer.

What Family Tree Program would you suggest so I can copy my information as well as pictures. I exported today to my email and saved it on a memory stick. Being pictures didn't go I must need another program. Thank you
