On my “Home Page” there is a message that says I have 2 brand new Hot Matches 24 April 2013.

I have looked on every page of my Hot Matches - nothing to indicate which they are.

How do I find them?

I don't often look at my Hot Matches Joseph, but I think you just look down the list to see if you have had contact with the other member. If it says No......then that could be it.

I may be wrong of course.

I have 15 pages and the vast majority of them I have had no contact.

At one time it used to say "New" against the match, now nothing,

It may been since the changes to the tree were made.

I have had a message saying that I have one unopened Hot Match for weeks. As I only have 4 Hot Matches that haven't been deleted, I am positive the message is wrong.

I think there must be a glitch in the system.

You don't have to look at every page of your Hot Matches (under Relatives tab).

You just have to click on the bold print "Hot Match" on your Home Page under My Updates on the right hand side.

That link will take you directly to the hot matches referred to.

That is much easier.

That doesn't work for me, it just takes me to Page 1 of my Hot Matches again with no indication of which tree.

The message board still tells me I have new hot matches from 2012 (and more recent) I have "opened" all my hot matches so have none, never mind from way back! However last time I did look at new ones I had to trawl through my several pages of matches until I found the two with NEW marked by them - second column if you look at the column headings next in from the flame icon.

I just click "New" at the top of second column.
Sometimes have to do it twice.

I have 20 odd hot matches shown at various intervals from July 2011.
However often I look, I have yet to identify any of them.
