I have found a record for my Great Grandmother Calra Peters who was admitted to Tower Hamlets, Globe Road School on 20/02/1882. There appears to be two pages to the record but only one appears in the online record. Does anyone know how you can access the original records, or what information is contained on the second (opposite) page?

It is there, but you have to use the > button to get to the next page (page 166)

If I’ve counted down the list right (16th entry) the only additional information it gives is
*Readmission from Southwark*

Some of the others say when they left the school, or were they transferred to.

+++DetEcTive+++ beat me to it. The typo in the spelling of her name threw me at first she is Clara Peter

:-D :-D :-D

The typo is the sort of thing I'd do. You've no idea how many Goerges there are in my tree ;-)

Thanks for your help, I feel a bit of a fool not having realised that you could move onto the next page. Sorry for the typo and reread the message before submitting, must be an age thing!

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 7 May 2013 20:08

To be honest, that was the first entry that I've seen split into 2 images. Most of the time the double page is scanned in one go.

I'm for every transposing letters, or missing words out when typing - the brain works faster than the fingers, so don't feel bad about it :-D
