I had this problem last year.
I reported it to the Support Team, and they quickly fixed it.
It's not something you can correct yourself.

Click on "Help" at the top of this (or other) page, then "Contact us" in the menu on the left, then "Support Team".

Researching:
Old genealogists never die.....they just lose their census.

I am new to this website and am having problems when full family tree is displayed.
It seems i have copies of ancestors across screen which i cant remove/delete and these build up in List tab file? Could anyone tell me how to remove these copies without losing the my main tree or how to start all over again from scratch?
