how can i find out about her adoption? or how do i start to trace her as anyone got any ideas please thx

Hi Natasha.

I assume you are a relative? If this was in the UK you can put your details on the National Adoption Register - If she goes looking for her birth family she might well have registered on there. This is the link

Put any names you have - hers included - into search box above - opt for 'search all member trees'. A long shot but you might as well.

Also worth seeing if you can have your contact details added to her adoption file, again if she goes looking they will be there for her to find.

Only the adoptee has any right to find out about his/her adoption. .

its my cousins sister he as been trying to find out where she is for a long time just thought i would ask to see if there was anyway he could find her x

He will need to follow the steps outlined above - it does depend on her wanting to be found though.
You do not say when or where she was born, but there are several members with an Andrea Greenhalgh in their tree so worth a look.
